Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a Registered Acupuncturist at WellBYND.
Acupuncture uses very fine needles to prompt your body’s self-healing capabilities. Strategically placed along the meridians, acupuncture promotes the flow of energy throughout your body to release “Qi” to balance Yin & Yang. When Yin & Yang are balanced, the body is healthy, however, when unbalanced, pain and disease can occur.
You are unique and therefore have your own individual needs; I assess all health concerns holistically and use Acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine modalities such as Cupping, Gua-Sha, and Moxabustion to nourish the body and ultimately achieve balance. I want to educate and provide you with the tools necessary to take control of your health to have a future full of energy, vitality, and happiness.
Your body’s ability to heal is greater than what you may believe and I would love to work together to be a part of your healing journey!

Hi! My name is Thais. With over 20 years in Canada and two amazing teenage girls who motivate me to be the best version of myself and prove to them that no matter where you came from, if you have a positive mindset you can go anywhere!
Helping people feel and look their best has always been a passion of mine. I am a qualified aesthetician specialized in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, certified in both the Renata França Method from Brazil and the Dr. Vodder School of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD).
Being born and raised in Brazil, lymphatic drainage massage is part of our routine. It was mostly used for the aesthetic benefits of reducing cellulite and getting rid of “bloating” in a matter of minutes for the majority of people who are living in bathing suits 80% of the year!
With the recent popularity of lymphatic drainage techniques, we now know that these massages are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also show amazing benefits in improving overall health, detoxification, better sleep, less stress, boosting the immune system, faster healing after a surgery or trauma, preparing your body for pregnancy and reducing swelling during pregnancy, avoiding cramps during menstrual cycles, eliminate toxins after too much drinking… the benefits of a Brazilian lymphatic drainage are endless!
Given the increasing demand for my services, I advise you to secure your spot early by booking your appointments in advance. My waitlist is growing, and I wouldn’t want you to miss out on this transformative experience.

My personal journey began a few years ago. Entering adulthood, I found myself questioning what truly made me happy. As I was entering my initial career path, I found that my career lacked passion, depth, and meaning. That is when I took a look within myself and realized that is when I had some work to do. As I started to work on myself, I realized that there was no other thing in the world that made me happier. By working on myself, I have learned about the power of psychotherapy. Psychotherapy has taught me to talk about my thoughts and feelings, the importance of making connections, personal healing. and growing in personal awareness. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my goal and passion is to help others accomplish what I have.
Together we can work towards positive change whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious. We can uncover the patterns of thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back. We can replace despair with hope, self-doubt with self-esteem, and sadness with joy. Simply put, we can discover your better self. You may not have a specific “problem” necessarily in mind; you don’t need to be given a reason to begin the work. When people typically think about therapy, they have this misconception that it’s for individuals who endured trauma, couples who fight, or for those who have gone through other life-changing events. From my experiences, I believe therapy is for everyone. Therapy is the foundation for communication, empowering thoughts, self-validation, and self-worthiness.
My approach is holistic and client- centered. That means that I strive to create a therapeutic environment which is non-judgmental, comfortable, and warm. I offer secure, on-line or in person sessions, creating a safe space in which to which to unload, process, and progress towards goals. Psychotherapy has been my most important relationship to-date. With the help of a psychotherapist, it is possible to feel understood, grounded, and validated. I invite you to reach out and see if we are the right therapeutic fit!

Courtney Bunn M.OMSc
Hi I’m Courtney! My journey working in the health and wellness field began in 2011. As an athlete myself, I was passionate about fitness and completed schooling in Fitness and Health Science. This allowed me to work one-on-one with clients to achieve their goals. Feeling called to learn more about hands on healing, I went back to school for a Bachelors in Athletic Therapy. This combined my love for sports with my passion to heal the body. Throughout this schooling, I longed for a deeper understanding of the body and how it heals. It was then that I would meet an Osteopathic Practitioner who would inspire me to return to school, and complete an intensive 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. I had found my calling.
Osteopathy’s approach to looking at the body with such an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and collective mechanics, was unparalleled to anything I had learned prior. I was able to obtain results with patients like never before.
I am a licensed member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA/OSTCAN), and excited to meet new patients and help them to find and remove the root cause of their pain. In my spare time I love doing yoga, pilates, meditation and exploring the outdoors.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy based on the philosophy that the structure of your body directly affects how it will function, and that it functions collectively as a whole. This means if there is a restriction or pain in one area, then all other parts of the body will be affected in some way. My role as an osteopathic practitioner is to find the root cause of this restriction by using an in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and collective mechanics. Osteopathy follows a belief in the body’s ability to self-regulate and self-heal. It focuses on facilitating the health of joints and muscles, helping to strengthen the framework of the body, ensuring optimal function of the nervous, lymphatic and circulatory systems.
